Dancing With The Stars professional Artem Chigvintsev has bee released from jail following his arrest for domestic battery.
Artem, 42, was booked into Napa County Jail on a felony domestic violence charge on Thursday morning.
The dancer has since posted bail for $25,000. He was released from jail at 2:18pm PST, as revealed by county records. His WWE star wife Nikki Garcia, 40 — formerly Nikki Bella — was also in Napa at the time of the arrest.
Amid news of his arrest, it’s been revealed he will not be returning as a pro on Dancing With the Stars for Season 33, as per Page Six.
‘There were no plans for Artem to be a part of Season 33,’ a source told the publication on Thursday.

The details surrounding what caused the arrest remain unknown, but it comes just three days after he celebrated his two-year wedding anniversary with his wife.
However, according to reports, the name of the alleged victim is being withheld.
A representative for the Napa County Sheriff’s Office told TMZ that deputies responded to a domestic violence call in Yountville, California, and arrested the dancer on the scene.
The publication reported that there were injuries and that the victim asked for ‘total confidentiality.’
The alleged victim in the case is cooperating with police, and investigators want to find out if there’s a history of domestic violence, as per TMZ.
The alleged victim has been open to talking with investigators so far. According to the information, a visible injury was required for a felony arrest to be made.
Law enforcement officials are seeking the alleged victim’s assistance in determining whether there is a history of domestic violence with Artem.
It’s also been reported that there could be other witnesses in the case, and the investigation is ongoing.
The Sheriff’s Office is planning to discuss the case with prosecutors, and consider potential criminal charges against Artem.

Garcia revealed on her Instagram Stories on Wednesday that she was in the area after sharing a post promoting her skin care business.
In a post, she wrote: ‘Got a facial today! love my spot in downtown Napa,’ she said, along with a tag to the business.
DailyMail.com has contacted a representative for Artem for comment.
TMZ was first to report the news. Chigvintsev was arrested at 10am PST ‘for felony corporal injury to spouse or cohabitant.’
Sources told the outlet that someone had called in a ‘medical emergency’ at the home at around 8:30am PST on Thursday — an hour and a half before Artem’s arrest.
While paramedics and the local fire department were already en route, a second call came in asking that the request for assistance be canceled.
The caller gave no reason for the cancelation but first responders returned to their stations and never showed up to the residence.
Artem and Nikki celebrated their two year wedding anniversary only three days ago.
Artem posted a gushing tribute to his wife taken during their special day: ‘Happy anniversary my love , can’t see my life with out you. You are my everything.’
Nikki also celebrated their anniversary by posting video capturing their sweet moments together.
She did indicate she was in Napa on her Instagram Stories on Wednesday, sharing a photo of her giving a shout-out to a skincare business in the area

Chigvintsev denied the allegations the next day in an interview with the Daily Express.
‘I believe I treated Fern with respect and genuine care and these claims about me are the opposite of everything I believe in and the person I am,’ he said.
‘I cannot imagine what has prompted such statements, which come as a shock to me.’
