Sonia Kruger has revealed the surprising secrets to her ageless beauty and sensational physique.
The veteran TV presenter, 58, attended the Mercedes-Benz Sydney Women in Business event on Wednesday, and was happy to share the sorcery behind her enviable frame and timeless visage.
‘It takes sticky tape and staples to hold me together,’ Sonia joked to the crowded audience.
‘My makeup artist is here and when he did The Voice, Todd McKenney came in and said it takes six people to build me,’ she added. ‘I’m like the Bionic Woman!’

In August, Sonia discussed the simple secrets behind her youthful appearance.
‘In the mornings I wash my face and then apply an SPF serum for sun protection so I keep it quite simple in the AM,’ she told 7Life.
‘At night though I do the full cleanse with something gentle, followed by a serum with hyaluronic acid and I finish off with a sleep mask or night cream to really replenish overnight,’ Sonia added.
The Dancing With The Stars host added she uses Carmex lip balm and carries it every day.

Sonia went on to explain that she takes her makeup off with micellar cleansing water and rubs Bio-Oil dry skin gel all over her body after a shower.
She also tans with Three Warriors self-tan mousse as well as a gradual tan product to top up her glow.
Speaking to Daily Mail Australia recently, Sonia emphasised the importance of quality sleep.
‘I try and make sure I get a lot of quality sleep in the lead-up. I avoid alcohol and try to make sure that I’m drinking enough water,’ she said.
